Hi Guys, this is a bit off topic, but I thought let's post it here as you guys seem to post messages only here. This is also cool for the tournament people, so they can record their Golden Goals and show their goals to the public.

You guys probably heard of WinUAE, an Amiga emulator for PC. There is a guy who made a tool called 'WinUAE-AVI' which does exactly the same, but this time when you're playing a game everything is recorded. This way I can take my Golden Goal disk, make a disk image of it to use it with the emulator. Just load up the game and select one of your Golden Goals. Once the replay has ended, you can quit the emulator. In the meanwhile 'WinUAE-AVI' has generated an AVI (which is quite big, because it records everything, even the loading of the game.) Now use a tool like VirtualDub ( http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net ) to cut out the frames which are not interesting. Save it in the format you want (like DIVX) and you have a nice goal in DIVX-AVI-format. I made an AVI of 48 seconds in black and white (don't know why I did black & white because color is also possible). It's 5 MB now, but then you have a good quality too!!

Maybe start UKO with an intro containing a Golden Goal of Kick Off 2 and then a line saying: Kick Off is back.... and then the title or something.

If anyone is interested in having some goals anyway, then just drop a line and I'll put up a page with some goals of me and MrDig

Oh, here's the link for WinUAE-AVI:

Yes, that's nice, but KO2 on th PC has an other ball/player control and the game is not as quick as on the amiga.

And the Joystick is also not the same. (I ihad a problem to play efficient on 2 different system).

I was not talking about playing Kick Off 2, just use it to record your goals.

About the playability on PC. We use the same joystick as we used during the tournament. We have joystick-adapter for that. Also the framerate has to be 50 fps. That's the same speed of the original game. I can play KO2 very well in emulation.

Oh, ON my k7-600 & Voodoo3 3000 the game will not have the permanent fps from 50.
Do you know where I get this adapter, or can I make it by myself (manual)?

There are some sites explaining how to make your own adapter and I believe you can ask someone to make one for you too. I don't know the sites anymore, so you should do a search for that...

mmm, maybe is better to use UAE for dos, is much faster then winuae.
Then the speeds depends only on your settings and your processor, the 3d graphic cards doesn't works with this emulation.
You can buy the joy adaptor from here:

I have one and it works very well with any games (emulated or not)
