Yes, I won in Dartford. I'm one of the 31 winners who participated in the 1st Kick Off 2 World Cup. And that's not a typing error; there were exactly 31 winners. No losers. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that these three days (2 for some) were some of the best in my entire life. I can't believe how much fun we had. I can't believe how kind and witty everyone was. I can't believe I had tears in my eyes in the flight back home. I can't believe I ate Steve's rolls.
The way I see it, I now have 30 brothers all over Europe. Thank you for everything, brothers. Thank you for everything, winners.

My ego has every right to be big for at least one more year! I'm already starting to annoy people:

To my father: "Please pass the salt to the World Champion".
To my mother: "Is today's food worthy of the world champion"?
To Natalia: "How do you feel about sleeping with the world champion tonight?"
Natalia: "Does the world champion feel like sleeping in the couch?"

The world champion was silent after that.

Would it be fair to say that Alkis is actually the European Kick Off 2 champ rather than the world champ?
Im not trying to take anything away from him but it was hardly a worldwide affair at the gathering.

That's right - maybe Stainy is better! He's the North American champion, apparently.

I have it on good authority that there is a tribe in the Amazon rainforest that still use Amigas. Apparently, one of their five year olds could beat Alkis with 4-4-2 and the Division 3 team.

I feel honoured to have met everyone of the competitors. As Riempie said, it was like a really good dream and we're all just waking up from it now Here's to many more tournaments to come !!!!
