Dear all, a quick note.
I am very sad today as I am missing the competition, however I am happy that the event we all dreamed up 6 months ago is going ahead as planned.

I would loved more than anything to be there taking part, but the fact it is going ahead is credit to you all, obviously lots of credit to Steve for sorting it and everything.
I hope that now we have managed it for this year we can make it a yearly event and it grows to something huge (three years time we could have 200 competitors over a week!)

Anyway, I hope to be able to make it sometime on Sunday to say hi, however if I can't make it my thoughts are with you all..

Let me know what you all get up to on Monday.

Cheers,

Mark

I'm happy you feel that way Mark, although I'm sad I won't meet you in Dartford mate. I guess we'll meet on the next tournament. Take care.

Yeah I hope to be there on Sunday its about 50% likely at the moment.

I am going to a full wedding on Saturday, the actual church bit, meal, speech, reception the lot...eugh! and I'm not even drinking so hopefully I will be back in time on Sunday to drive down and say a quick hi for a few hours at least.

Not promising but will do my best, I want my T-Shirt for one thing!

Anyway guys whether I am there or not I am sure you will have a good time, so all the best and don't let that Steve Screech go mad on bottles of Sol or something...

There are some people who have been with us for a long time, and the fact that they're not coming makes me really sad. Michael Richards, Geert Poels (whatever happened to that dude???), Antonis Trikas, and now Mark. I hope I'll see you on Sunday, mate. The first goal I score will be dedicated to you.

Sadly i will not be making the gathering due to poor health but i hope everyone else involved will have a good time and do the community proud. If only the tourney was a few weeks later i would have made it but alas this is not the case.
So id like to take this opportunity to wish everyone involved in the tourney the best of luck, and above all just have fun.
Dont rest easy though as il be there next year wherever the tourney may be <IMG SRC="/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

We still have 32 competitors for the tourny. Can't really afford for anyone else to fall by the wayside though.
