Is there already a complete up-to-date list of all the official tournament rules? Maybe someone can mail this list to me and I can put it on the mainpage of KO:The Gathering.

It was only my recommendation about next years tournament, it's not a ruling, we seem to be fairly democratic on this site so i will go with the masses, although i think it will add to the tournament to make it that way.
