It's good to have an ST in Dartford!
I am totally unfamiliar with the amiga version. The grass, the goalnets, the crowd etc make it very strange for me. So it will be a REAL away game for me!

You'll soon get used to it Gunther, i was an Atari ST man until a couple of months ago, you soon forget which version you're playing. Still like the ST version better tho.

I think my joystick(s) could be older.

Carbon dating says that my joysticks are between 14.5 and 15.0 years old precisly

Im waitng with baited breath to see if im gonna be in the tourney.Anyway im sure i can scrape up an amiga or 2 as there are many regular car boot sales near me in Glasgow.
In fact thats an idea anyone in the UK should have weekly car boots nearby,go check them out and you should be able to pick up an Amiga (or st if your scraping the barrel)
for around 10 -15 pounds.Dont pay more than a tenner if it doesnt have a modulator though.

The Amiga I'm bringing is an A1200, with 3 different video output choices built in (Monitor/Composite/TVTuner). So I guess that's one less modulator to worry about... That's assuming I know what a modulator is ! The last one I owned was for an Amstrad CPC464.

Mark, I do not have a modulator but I have a special cable that connects the amiga to a television via SCART. Much better picture.

This is probably a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway: Do we have enough tables to put all the hardware on?

Or we could even hire Jimmy Hill he would be good for at least 5 tables.
