I can't find the date anywhere here...
Is it Nov 21st?

Official date is Nov 3/4th some people are arriving on the Friday as well, that being the 2nd..

Is the hotel paid for on Saturday night only or also on Friday ?

This being the case how are we going to pay for the rooms on Friday ?? Can they wait till we get there or will you need it from us when you book ??

Kickoff (literally) is on Saturday the 3rd at 12 midday
The hotel has an online booking facility also.

You can pay on the friday when you check in. I'll reserve some rooms though.
