2018 World Cup - The Weekend
Friday
1. Meet up and hug at the KOA hotel throughout the day.
You'll find me and others in the tournament room which is on the First Floor of the hotel, ask at the reception for the Gallery Suite booked for the Kick Off tournament.
2. By the evening, make sure we're all in the hotel lobby for 8:15pm, then we take a few minutes walk to the restaurant for the Friday Night Dinner & Draw. The restaurant is booked for 8:30pm.
The name of the restaurant is Aruba, it's on the pier, we'll have a sea view, this is the website:
https://aruba-bournemouth.co.uk/
Saturday
1. Breakfast at the hotel or at the many cafes which are all walking distance from the hotel.
2. Lunch for those interested will be a traditional fish and chips meal on the seafront, the restaurant name is Harry Ramsden, this is the website:
http://harryramsdens.co.uk/location/bournemouth/
The Saturday fish and chips lunch at Harry Ramsden is now booked for 1pm.
For those looking for alternative lunch options, there are restaurants, fast food outlets and cafes that are all walking distance from the hotel, there is also a new food plaza that is full of options, here is the link:
http://www.bh2leisure.co.uk/food/
3. Dinner will be pizza delivered to the tournament room, so we can continue to play KO2 friendlies with perhaps a drunken master tournament mixed with music, drink and karaoke late into the night...
The Saturday evening Pizza delivery will be ordered from Prezzo restaurant which is next door to the hotel, we will place our pizza orders around 6pm for collection at 7pm. They do gluten-free pizzas. Here is the menu:

Sunday
1. Breakfast as Saturday.
2. Lunch - the choice is yours.
3. Dinner - for those of us interested in a group dinner after this epic event, I will most likely be booking an Italian restaurant around the corner from the hotel.
The Sunday evening restaurant meal, for those that fancy it, will be at Prezzo, for the convenience of location and the fact that they take food orders up to 10pm.

All of the Saturday and Sunday restaurant bookings are now confirmed:
1. The Saturday fish and chips lunch at Harry Ramsden is now booked for 1pm.
2. The Saturday evening Pizza delivery will be ordered from Prezzo restaurant which is next door to the hotel, we will place our pizza orders around 6pm for collection at 7pm. They do gluten-free pizzas. Here is the menu:

3. The Sunday evening restaurant meal, for those that fancy it, will be at Prezzo, for the convenience of location and the fact that they take food orders up to 10pm and will kick us out at midnight.
(Restaurant booking info added to the initial post).
By the way, the tournament room is conveniently located right next door to the hotel bar.
And...the hotel events manager tells me that we will also have our own private small bar within the Gallery Suite.
