Great! Thanks Steve!
Re: 2018 WC - The Hardware Thread
If anyone is prepared to take over the burden of custodianship of Haydn's Amiga, I can bring it with me on the bus from Newcastle. It would be better in the hands of someone with transport who is not planning to imminently move abroad again.

Please do, Stephen!
And thank you, I'm sure one of us here in the UK would be delighted to take custodianship of that Amiga.

Re: 2018 WC - The Hardware Thread
This thread needs an update.
I have just retrieved 4 screens and 3 Amigas from storage, however I am pretty certain that one Amiga and one screen are faulty. So this probably leaves me bringing 2 Amigas and 3 screens. Testing to begin now.
We are going to need some international visitors to volunteer to bring an Amiga in their suitcase please. We are struggling to get the bare minimum 12 needed for this tournament. Ideally we would have 16 stations.

OK, it's going to be awkward but if it makes Robert happier I'll bring my own A500 along with Haydn's A500+.
I won't bring any monitors, I don't have anything to connect them to Amigas with and don't even know if the one I could bring will be any use, plus it's heavy and fragile. But 2 Amigas are 2 Amigas, I guess old TVs will be easier to find at short notice.
Both the Amigas have power packs and the TV adaptor with a mono wire, I will bring aerial and audio leads and 3.5mm jack adaptors and hope someone else can provide tellies and the latest CV on floppies.
So much for travelling light!

Thanks Stephen, much appreciated!
To all other UK players, please, please bring as much equipment as you can! Every Amiga and every monitor counts!

Do you want me to bring my Amiga 500 with a dodgy floppy drive (probably works though)?
