The room is booked from 8am to 5pm, (not my choice, that's the standard time).
I will start another thread for equipment requirements, at which time I can liaise with those bringing Amigas and TV's, to arrange a time to drop off and set up.
There is unlimited water and coffee included in the room.
The cost of the room is £162, to be divided between participants. Please bring cash, and expect to pay about £20 depending on the final number that attend.
Hotel rooms can be booked and will cost approx £63 per night, according to the website, but if enough of you wish to book, I can have a word and see if I can get a reduced rate. I won't hold my breath, but it's worth a shot.
This venue has been selected as it is really close to Manchester Picadilly rail station, so coming in on the train may be an easier option for some of you.
