2017 WC - The money issue

Hello! We have had this great WC out of the euro zone, a lot of money was put in advance for organization, t shirts, we were drinking beers and just putting a mark on a paper... I am a little worried that some money may get lost in the way.

Please all those involved, can you be sure that you received back all the money that is required?
