I know we're not talking about equipment yet, but just to let you all know, I now own an A1200. I had to replace the HDD with a CF card, and the floppy drive with a USB emulator, but it runs KO2CV. I don't have a CRT TV though.

Not yet, anyway... ;)

I hope you bring that, I'd like to see one of those drives in action.

I'll be bringing the Amiga, but as I said, I don't have a telly. I'll have to see if I can find a 14" CRT, preferably a free one!

A tip on aquiring 14" tv's. Go to your local garbagedisposal. Often they have places where you can deliver electrical goods. There's almost always a couple screens there. Just bring them home and test.

A shame you're living too far away as I have like five or so stored savely in my barn...

If I suggested to the wife that going to the skip to get a telly is a good idea, the divorce lawyers would get involved, real quick!

My Philips 8833 MKII monitor stays in the garage 363 days a year, only comes out for the UK Champs :) Bit of waste really as it's in top notch condition having been fixed a year ago.

Hi, I am just moving house this week, not great for organising the UKC - Andy will be starting the equipment thread shortly. I will be back online soon.
