Hi I can do a mass email.

I am working in Russia a lot just at the moment and have no access to KOA, so my ability to update the users will have to fit into this 2 week schedule.

I go back on the 22nd, so if we can get the vote ready by then I will bulk email, otherwise it will be around 10th March.

Sounds good, I've provided my info, hopefully the Swedes will be able to post theirs here shortly and we can then get a vote going sooner rather than later !
