Will give you discounted rates on the hotel room, I managed to reserve the room for approx. 42 pounds per night.

Still only 6 people confirmed, I'm getting the feeling that I've picked the wrong year to make an appearence :( What is the minimum number of people we really need for this Durbs?

6 is the minium I feel, we can have a massive league...and 50% of people will get a trophy - hell yeah!

to be fair mate, whilst I understand what you are saying you have to remember that -

THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE NEEDED TO ATTEND A KICKOFF 2 TOURNAMENT AND HAVE FUN = THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO HAVE A BEER IN THE PUB.

So I would actually say 2, although Alkis and Robert played it safe at 4 ;)

Oh I'll be there for a beer and the losing part :)

But clearly my coming out of retirement didn't have the expected result of spurring others to do the same. Which is a shame.

Well less than 2 weeks to go!

Durbs!

Do you you need me to bring any kit? I can bring my Philips 8833 MK II monitor and A600 if needs be. I'll need to check it still works, given it's been in the garage a while! I don't have a Ko2 disk mind, well I do but it's packed away in a box :(

Also given how few of us are attending, how about an Atari ST tournament? It's something we've always threatened to do since this place spang into live 13 years ago! Does anyone have a working machine?

I've got an ST, but last time I checked (about 10 years ago) it would just bomb out randomly :(

It also suffers from a bad case of A>B ;)

I can bring disks.

I could bring my ST, like my Amiga it's boxed up in the garage and I'll have to have hunt for cables (again disks are in storage somewhere :(). Plus it's got an 1MB upgrade board in it that works "occasionally". Looks like I'm going to busy on Saturday digging through this stuff :)
