Yes, capacitors leakage is a pretty common cause.

Not sure about the english word for it, but in sweden we say "rena grekiskan" (pure greek) bearing i dont understand much Can something easily be done to solve such "capacitors leakage" or is that the same as broken amiga?

Hehe, I believe that the English phrase is "It's Greek to me".

The way to prevent it is to get an electrician to replace the capacitors. See this thread for instructions.
