WC Program Friday until Sunday

Postby coldie » Sun Oct 27, 2013 5:16 pm

So, as wished, a information about the program.

Friday:
Who are interested in going to a "buschenschank" will meet at 7 pm at the town hall. This year it is the "Fuchsenhof" where we will go. Mike will write something about in the next hours

Saturday and Sunday:
Tournament starts at 10 am. Rooms will be open earlier. For those, who are coming earlier, the hall will be open about 9 am. I will be there. Tournament fees will be charged on saturday (exact amount and inclusive will be posted later). Tomorrow I will talk with the chiefs of the restaurant and hall, than I could give you some more information.

On Saturday evening you can join Mike to the "Relaxing area" or we could go to some locals in the city (for one or more drinks).

On Sunday evening, after the ceremony, we will go to the "look kool" bar (snacks and drinks are available)

Short summary:

Friday meeting at 7 pm at town hall.
Saturday and Sunday: Rooms are open from 9 am, Tournament starts at 10 am.

We can go to various restaurants or bars. It depends on, what you want to eat. Proposal from my side: We are talking about this thing on saturday.

By the way: The restaurant in the town hall will be opened from 9 am, so if you want to have a coffee or something like that.

Mike will write something about in the next hours

I think it's a good idea to meet around 5 pm at the town hall to have a chat, beer and some friendlies. (Bring your joysticks!) At 7pm we hire Taxis to get to the 'Waldschänke Fuchsenhof' (translated by word something like: 'forrest-tavern foxfarm'). So you should be at the town hall at 7pm at latest. In case you still miss us take a Taxi to: Fuchsenhof - Gasselberg 56 - 8564 Krottendorf-Gaisfeld.

The taxis will be cheap, maybe less than 3€ per person if we share the cost. At the 'Waldschänke' a full coldcut buffet similar than in 2009 will be waiting for you. They promised that for 10€ no one will leave hungry.

Prices for drinks:
0,5l (a pint) of beer :€2,60
1/8l of white wine (Weißburgunder): 2€
1/8l red or white wine: €1,50
Zirberl: €1,70

Of course there are also non-alcoholic drinks, like various homemade juices, I just don't know the prices. They won't close before we leave, the best way to get to the Amira will be (shared) Taxis again. (thanks to Armin for organizing this, I still think you should play too!)

And - I think the 'Fuchsenhof' is the last place on earth where you can't find an image of in the www!
