Once upon a time...

Postby Abyss » Wed Jan 02, 2013 8:53 am

... there used to be a web page where everybody went after KOA world cups to read some witty remarks, see some photos and check out some stats.

Its url was www.alkis.org

Do you know what happenned to it?

To be perfectly honest, I'm having trouble convincing myself that enough people care anymore for me to do all this work.

I that was the prevailing KOA mentality, you wouldn't had had the Stats Analyser to play with!

Alkis is right. It is the sad reality that most people actually just read and do not care posting. There are almost no feedback to anything some KOAers may offer, so why bother?

I am logged onto Alkis's site on a daily basis, normally to work out what the feck he is doing with all his bandwidth, but occasionally to read his excellent WC reviews which are indeed a highlight of the post WC for me.

Just last week I was reading your comments on the players of the last two world cups, having a big smile on my face, when all the memories from Düsseldorf and Birmingham came back into my mind.

I can't judge how many people are reading your great Homepage, but for me it's a real delight. :D

Thank you for all the work you invested in it.

Alkis, please do it. They are indeed quality and the one for the World Cup last year with it's pictures and captions underneath was immense. Really enjoyed it and still makes me laugh now.
