LOCATION
Milan is the business capital and beating heart of Italy, it offers everything you can figure out. so a lot of things to do here. Besides the two world cup days, I suggest you to take a full day off on Friday because we are planning to make a thorough visit of Milan.
The venue is the four star Antares Hotel Concorde. It is located only 3 subway stops from the start of Corso Buenos Aires, one of the longest shopping streets in Europe. The Central Railway Station - Stazione Centrale, hosting also the Airport City Terminal, is only 2 km away and, moreover, the KOA hotel is also accessible from the highways and airports and is only a few stops away on the underground to piazza Duomo.
We will be using the Hotel's main conference room: Diamante, a 270 sqm conference room with wifi, projector, and microphone facilities. The KOA will have access for the whole night for those who want no stop kick off 24 hours a day. There is a bar and restaurant a few footsteps away from the conference room open till 1 A.M.
For those who travel by car (German and Austrian?), car parking is free for the entire weekend. Based on the latest number of players attendance, we expect the tournament fee should be €50 each player.

We have reserved rooms at Antares Hotel Concorde (aka the KOA Hotel) at 85€ per single room and 89€ per double/twin room and 110€ per triple room per night including breakfast, fitness room is included and free WIFI coverage. TOURNAMENT SETTINGS AND FORMAT
All standard tournament settings will be applied: A=B, 8 tactics selection,Team A vs Team B at International Skill Level, 2 x 5 minutes, aftertouch, No Wind, No Line-up changes, Random Referees.
About Autoslide Fix and Trap Fix, we will discuss about them on the forum. the discussion will be closed with the vote, 2 months before the world cup, in order to have time to practice with those settings. just confirmed players will be allowed to vote, instead the discussion will be completely open also to not confirmed or not attending players.
The format will depend on number of players who will attend the world cup, but we are going to follow formats we used in the latests world cups.
So, World Cup group, KOA Cup group and Fun Cup group. groups will be decided by playing a league on day one and so on. Leagues will be decided by the Friday night Draw, according with the seeding. as usual.
