I've just emailed the hotel to change my booking from a twin to a single.

However, if anyone's interested in sharing, I'd gladly re-book to a twin-room, as they are larger.

First post updated wih extensive details of what rooms people have booked. In the words of Delia Smith... "where are you?!?!?!" to the people who have confirmed their attendance but havent yet booked their rooms. If people leave it to the last minute then you will miss out. Birmingham is Englands second biggest city and there's always lots going on.

Email will go to you guys in the next few days....

Re: 11th KO2 WORLD CUP: Accommodation Thread - Update on Pag

Postby FrankF » Mon Sep 19, 2011 6:38 pm

Hey Steve,

I sent my credit card details months ago to the hotel by mail - but before sharing the room.
I did not fill out any form ...
Do you ask preventively or is this the information you got from the hotel ?
Anything we have to do ???

If you have sent the Hotel credit card information already then I will speak to them tommorow to advise them accordingly. Appreciate you mentioning this Frank and now I know the situation we can now get it sorted 8)
If others could do the same it would be much appreciated - although I'll be emailing people direct anyway.

Hi Steve. I've given my details to the hotel ages ago.

I'm confused. As far as I know, so has Gianni. How else does one book a hotel room by proxy? Did they actually tell you that they don't have any of our credit card details?
