Hello Organizers.

I sent my email to hotel to book the rooms.


In email I specified the 'KIC120311' you told to use.
In my request I specified also the following arrangements:

1 Twin/Executive Room - (Two seperate beds within this one) (£75 ) for Gianni Torchio and Alkis Polyrakis
1 Single room (£50 ) for Lorenzo Ceselli (AKA Tommaso Rollo)
1 Single room (£50 ) for Lorenzo Lozito

for the nights of Friday 11 November, Saturday 12 November and Sunday 13 November 2011. We will check in on Friday 11st and we will check out on Monday 14th morning.
I sent my mail yesterday afternoon at the mailbox you wrote in the main post. at the moment I'm not having any feedback from hotel. Please, I'd like to know something more. If you can have a look over it, it would be appreciated! thanks in advance!

Big thanks to Thorsten for getting in touch with Wolf and the other Germans for informing them to book their rooms.

We now have 1 Month before the rooms which are reserved for the World Cup are released to the general public so we'r going to send out a mass mailer on Monday advising people if they havent, to book their rooms sooner rather than later.
