12 days without computer after my monitor goes to heaven
But now leaving the CRT century and say hallo to the TFT
So i can go on now and hope to close my review in the next two days!
Volker B – Thorsten B 4:1
Thorsten sometimes surprises me in local tournaments or with his biggest win against me, the better position at German champs.
But international ground is my territory and I keep him off the winning area as in Milan.
Three times is “Bremer Recht” and I hope I can continue this series in Austria.
Volker B – Andy E 5:1
Sneaky from my site, I catch me Andy direct after his match against Gianni, knowing he is already “soft cooked” now.
Only stir him one time more and I had a good meal.
Volker B - Klaus Lo 4:5
When I saw Klaus before our match, he always watched relaxed a match on the big screens.
The first half it seems, he means he is still watching a game and I already close this match with 3:0. Shit that he realized the second half he is part of the game 3:5. Annoyed myself I give the match out of my hands, I try to please myself with a draw, but one goal was to less and Klaus deserves this victory playing without any lob.
Volker B – Rodolfo M 6:3
Rodolfo was number one on my wish list!
First I was very keen to meet the kick off legend and player number 1 from Spain, second I always played fun cup, but I thought this time I could enter the silver group after all the friendlies with Oliver. Who is a better “teststone”(german word) than the two times WC silver cup winner?
Was an open match 1:2/3:3 before I got my deathly minute. One after the other and two minutes to play, I was leading 5:3. I was near to begin singing. But Rodolfo starts his end offensive. One wave after the other rolls on my goal. The match vs Klaus came back into my brain, I started to sweat as I never had before since my first tournament. The hands more on my trousers than on the joystick and when not I slip off. My luck was that Rodolfo had really a bad day and missed a lot. I don´t know any more how I get out of my own half, but it must happen, final score 6:3. I could had cuddling him, my dreamscore was now black on white, but stinking like Al Bundy after this exertion I prefer not to do.
Volker B – Flavio Z 2:3
I think Flavio made the biggest step forward. He shows me that with a victory. Congratulation for that and (if Garry agree) for the first place in best styled long hair.
Volker B – Jon G 3:3
An unbelievable draw vs the UK champ. I have to say “thank you” to Fisher
Volker B - Mark E 3:2
I´m sorry, after two weeks I not really remind this game. But nice to see Ely and his joyboard in action.
Volker B – Gianni T 1:6
Defence good, attack poor! Miss two 100%ter. Shit my dream Volker 3 – Gianni under 10 was reachable.
Volker B – Pedro Q 0:2
What shall I say? Joystick problems, or Pedro did his best match against me. I don´´t know but i´m happy nobody leaves London without a point!
Volker B – Panayotis P 2:7
Pana-na-na d d d d tis(don´t know the right spelling of this muppet verse, but not feel like a part of this show only as spectator as the two grandpas)
James B – Volker B 8:4
Four goals for me and five for team England in real football? Really? I think five for me and four for team England!
Garry C – Volker B 2:1
This match was the beginning and the end of London international! After we started a long time ago our 1000 point race in the forum, I was keen to meet Garry and draw a line under this battle in form of a final personal match. I was full of joy for a nice close match with a little small talk, but in the end my joystick refused his work first time so I was doubled pissed about him and my head, which was praying to the KO-god to keep my joystick alive instead of talking to Garry. Finally Garry was better and my congrats goes to him!
Btw, on the flight back I remember the very close matches against evil, Simon and Garry and immediately get hungry for some more matches. Maybe we will meet next time at a KOBRA.
Andy H – Volker B 3:7
All good Andys are number three!
Head to head in the first half, but the luck was on my side in the second.
Puh, never lost against an Andy, but it seems this series will not hold on in future.
