Best way to buy tickets to Inter matches at San Siro?

I will visit Milano 2 months from now and wonder if I need to buy in advance or can we just goto the game and buy the ticket when we enter the stadium?

I also wonder which section were the Inter ultras are. We want to sit with them.

If you have any other proposals what can be intresting to there (good reastaurants, good places to visit or whatever) I gladely receive a tip.
