Need help from UK boys

Postby manicx » Tue Dec 18, 2007 8:20 am

Some friends are visiting the UK (Liverpool) in April to watch wrestling. The asked me if there are any mini bus services (there are about 16-20 people) that can collect them from an airport and take them to Liverpool. The airport can be a London airport or Luton. If you have any links (post here) or telephones (better in PM) please let me know. Thanks in advance.

http://www.nationalexpress.com/

This is the UK’s largest coach network and I see their services include Airport Transfers. Hope this helps...

First, check with your available airlines and see if they fly to (in order):

Liverpool
Manchester
Birmingham

Any of these would be preferable to a London airport, in terms of transfer time.

If you are going to Luton, Bus or Train are your options. There is probably a bus that you can take, that will go up the M1/M6 and see you changing at Birmingham.

To check/book trains use http://www.nationalrail.co.uk.

My mate has a Minibus that holds about 12, he lives in Middlewich (ie over the road from Me) and may be up for this given enough cash!

I will have a word, I work with his wife.

However I would certainly suggest that if you are going to Liverpool you should try and fly to Manchester (20 quid Taxi to Liverpool and DELTA Taxis will be your best bet to sort out either a minibus or 5 Taxis!) I can give you the number for them its in my phone.
Or if possible into Liverpool John Lennon Airport which is minutes from the Town centre and busses Taxis would cost you peanuts!

Are you coming over mate, Liverpool being my home town I would want to come and say Hi of course!!!
