The whole first season? Whoever is offering it, it's bs. Episode 18 is the most current, aired on NBC on Monday. And there will be a new episode next week, no idea though how many episodes will make up the first season, a few more surely.
This is my fav site for tv torrents: http://eztvefnet.org/
Select your series from the drop down menu and you can see all episodes posted so far.
Wait until tomorrow for my final verdict on Day Break. ABC took the show off the air after only 6 episodes, a real shame cause I think the concept is great, but the next (last?) 7 were made available online, the last one taking until today and I'm downloading it right now. But I guess that sadly it won't be wrapped up completely. Nonetheless, I will probably strongly recommend it.

TV Series: Heroes (might contain *spoilers*)
Alex is right (as always) - Season I of Heroes is still in progress. I've seen up to episode 15 and I like it.
And a question for those who watch Heroes:
**** Potential Spoiler Ahead ****
What exactly would would Peter Petrelli absorb when he meets Syler (yes, i know they have already met, but what happenned was unclear ). How would his power work? I think that this is going to be crucial for the progress of the plot.

You are right!
He so far has it on 4 dvd's, 4 on episodes on each disk .. upto eps #16.
So yes, there are at least 2 more dvd's worth to come. (possibly 22 episodes)
Thanks.
What is the quality like on downloads?? Same as TV?

Thanks to HDTV the downloads look nearly as good as DVD Rips. Size 624x352 and compressed by Xvid/mpeg4, perfect. If you have a fancy flatscreen with a high res check out the new releases also available since the beginning of this year for many popular series not as 350 MB downloads but in higher resolutions (700 MB or even 1.1 GB). For a normal TV the small version is just fine - and that's all I have, so I can't comment on the high res versions. I guess that's what you're being offered, is it? (4 x 1.1 GB would fit.) Or just simple SVCDs?
To answer Spyros (Spoiler but not deadly): You asked me this on MSN already. I then came to the simple conclusion that Sylar and Peter have exactly the same power (the power to absorb other powers). What will happen when they meet again? Watch episode 18, though it ends with a nasty cliffhanger.

Yes, they are the higher res ones, on DVD.
I can either get them, or just watch it on the normal TV?

It's not exactly the same power. Peter absorbs unwillingly another person's power when in close proximity or even contact with him, and only temporarily (or not - there was such an indication on episode 15), whereas Syler "studies" other people and can understand and learn their power permamently.
But in their first encounter in Homecoming, nothing happenned. Normally, Peter should have absorbed at least Syler's "know-how"... or not?

Anyway, here are again my current TV recommendations:
1. Dexter: Don't miss this. It's absolutely wicked. Season 1 (12 episodes) wraps up nicely. You'll thank me forever for this recommendation!
2. Day Break: No idea why they took this off the air (well, obviously because the ratings weren't good enough). A real shame, the concept is novel and it's solid. Though really I don't see how they could have ever made more than one season. If they had planned it out from the beginning for just 13 episodes, it would have been perfect. All 13 episodes are now available, but after episode 6 they are "webrips" - quality is ok, it's actually good while the camera is still, only when the camera moves it's sadly quite choppy.
3. Heroes: Not perfect, well, no tv series is (like the kindergarden called CTU in 24). But unlike, say, Lost, the story actually moves at a decent pace. Everybody is tied together more than you think, though there's still the question of what the whole purpose of these heroes is (apart from savin New York). The series can get away without a purpose, without an "end game", but it wouldn't be so much fun.
The old stuff:
4. 24: Everybody knows 24. All seasons have their strengths and weaknesses. And there is the chance we'll get bored of Jack one day. The new season (6) does introduce what's been missing since the 1st season, something personal - Jack has a dad and a brother.
5. The West Wing: The finest (intelligent) TV series ever made. I still haven't bought that complete set, but when my finances allow it I will (admittedly, I'm also a bit scared of having 44 DVDs with a run time of 6720 minutes! That's a lot to watch!).
6. Scrubs: I'm usually not a sucker for comedies, neither on TV nor on the big screen. But this has me lol a lot. In fact...
7. Malcolm in the middle: ...it's true for this series as well. Some of the funniest moments ever. Sure, some say it's just live-action Simpsons, but it's full of original jokes. Possibly deteriorates with every season, though. Only the first of 7 seaons is available on DVD.
8. Battlestar Galactica (the new series): Hey, it's SciFi and it's decent, I can't ask for more. Sure, the main plot gets a bit weird with time (those human-looking Cylons are too damn human, how are they ever going to wipe out the human race if they don't start thinking more like robots?). Still, enough decent episodes and a generally bleak setting keep me watching.
9. Lost: This looks like it'll end the same way as the X-Files, without a decent conclusion. Though they are talking about wrapping it up before it gets too late and the ratings drop even further. The flashbacks make the series, not the main plot.
10. House MD: The concept is extremely limited and every episode runs down the same canal and we've really seen enough medical series. But Hugh Laurie is priceless!
11. Firefly: Another series cancelled prematurely (after 17 episodes), at least we got the movie (Serenity). SciFi and Western in one series, quite enjoyable.
12. Hustle: This list is not in order of preference, otherwise Hustle would definitely be further up the list. Fine, fine TV series. The Henderson Challenge (Episode 2 of season 3) is probably my favorite.

Definitely another spoiler, though I don't think it's vital in any way.
I didn't want to spoil it for you but I thought you'd seen enough by now to reach the same conclusion. Sylar simply knows the power much better - Peter still has to learn (from "Doctor Who"). Check what Sylar says at the end of episode 18 when he meets Peter again.
