Re: Gianni Torchio wins the world cup back!

Congratulations to everyone especially to Gianni and Alkis (even though you were lucky I wasn't there).

Re: CMS (Greek) joysticks now available for online purchase!

You have to wonder why they are still selling PC joysticks that use the PC gameport instead of USB. How long will they keep that up? They are selling them because they still have some left. Notice that the USB to gameport adapters are also finished (they only sell them bundled with the joysticks an...

Re: CMS (Greek) joysticks now available for online purchase!

The Amiga version of CMS joystick is no longer available! CMS won't produce it again and doesn't have any more in stock (I wish I knew earlier). There is a number of CMS joysticks for the PC, with 4 or 6 buttons (about 40 each I think). They need a gameport or a USB to gameport adapter - not all suc...

Re: No Joy :(

Game is a little slow though. I don't know if that's what you mean but the SPEEDLINK joystick shows some lag for the movements! After someone had told me that, I tried it myself and I think he was right. It's probably the chip for the USB connection, not Windows or UAE. That joystick is great if yo...

Re: About machine-settings in tournament

The only annoying difference is the flickering of some players on the A1200. In any case, it could affect both players.

Re: Athens LXXIX, Sunday June 5 - RESULTS

That was the tournament I enjoyed the most, after the London Marathon (for different reasons). Despite my points, I think I did my best and scored a lot (if you take my opponents into account). Alkis: I loved our final game (5-2). It was 3-2 near the end and I had two chances to score. I know at som...
