Yes, it is funny how that happens. I guess they realised that they had absolutely no basis for a defence, and they realised that I'm willing to take this to court, and thus are paying up the full amount before any further costs occur to them.

I don't own a recorder as we had the Virgin Media On Demand service meaning that most stuff we can watch when we want to anyway. However, we have just moved house, so can't do anything now :lol:
