Re: A whole lotta new tournaments from Koenigswinter

German Championship warm-up parts 1 & 2 Even if none of us from Koenigswinter were going to participate in the german championship, we planned a warm-up tournament - just for fun and for all the players, who were heading to Hamburg. Originally this tournament was planned for friday, but since Mi...

A whole lotta new tournaments from Koenigswinter

First of all I want to apologize myself to Alkis for this choas that I'm presenting you. I know that I'm hanging behind posting our tournaments, but even worse I had to splitt up most of our KickOff gatherings into several single tournaments due to a high fluctuation of players during our meetings. ...

Re: Koenigswinter Open IV

If you want to keep on the "Königswinter tradition" that only two round count as a real tourney, please post it next time only in the german forum or tell Alkis it is not for the rankings. I personaly don't care too much, if a tournament gets official or not. For me the main purpose of a ...

another Koenigswinter Tournament

On Saturday the first of august we spontaneously decided to play another KickOff Tournament. Because of the short timed spontaneous decision, only us local players participated. Re: Koenigswinter Open IV

At around 2 o'clock in the morning, when our guest from further away left us, we started a new tournament, consisting just of us four from Koenigswinter. Although not unaffected by the party that usualy goes along a Koenigswinter KickOff tournament, we were still eager enough to go on, so that we ma...

Re: Yes Udo can do !!!

As announced we had another little tournament yesterday night. Sadly Udo couldn't connect to his good performance of last weekend, although his defense is getting better over time. Since we started pretty late, we played only two rounds. As usual for us we played with the international teams : Carst...

Yes Udo can do !!!

In the Lob issue from may Alkis introduced Udo with a wonderfull article (thanks a lot for it Alkis  ), asking if he would go for the nogoal record of Tim Kliffman. Sadly I have to report that Udo missed it by just one game. But he was feeling more than fine with it, since he scored his first K...

Re: Do tournaments with international teams get ranked ??

Thanks to all of you participating in this discussion. :)

I'm realy glad that competitions with the international teams get ranked, because as I wrote we realy like this form of tournament and I would have hated it to abandone my beloved swedish team.

Do tournaments with international teams get ranked ??

Hello everybody, since I'm new to this KickOff forum and just getting used to the internationally accepted tournamen rules, I have a question concerning tournaments played with the international teams. We ("the guys from Koenigswinter") prefer to play our tournaments in the interantional f...
