UK Champs 2006 Thanks!

Just wanted to say a quick thanks to all those present at the UK Champs 2006. Me and Sime being newcomers, we could have easily felt on the outside of things but I'm pleased to say we enjoyed it and felt apart of theday. Cheers! :D Thanks especially to SteveC for kitting us out with joysticks and en...

Thanks for the pm, Rob.

Unfortunately both myself and Simon are only up for the day so can't make the sunday. Like the idea of exploring different aspects of KO2 - sounds more fun then being panned on saturday

I'm disappointed Haydn and I suggest you withdraw your withdrawal RIGHT NOW. 8) I'm only a newbie round these parts but from my point of view, the more experienced KO2 players attending on 29/7 the more of a spectacle it'll be for me even if it also means the heavier and more frequent the defeats !...

I have to say that it has brightened my evening that two stout fellows are prepared to venture thus into the unknown, in a quest for sociability and KO2! In celebration, I intend to continue drinking this fine evening. Cheers Robert :D and for mention about accomdation but we're only up for the day...

Will you be interested in playing 'real' football at 11am before the event?

Cheers Durban for the invite but I doubt we'll be there in time for the 'real footy' but hopefully for a few beers afterwards :D

Although we're only up for the saturday's tournament, count me (Garry) and my mate (Simon) in! Unpracticed, ill-prepared but ready for some KO2 action!   PS Thanks, Robert, for your efforts in helping get this tournament on the road! I guess we bring the total to 14 so I'll leave to...

Equalise players to the extreme!! I like it! This wasn't quite what I had in mind! Then again, what the hell, sounds like there's some amazing variations possible  And should striker 'barber' take on defender 'barber' it should be a fair battle with no chance of the striker running thr...

Maybe this will answer the question: http://www.ko-gathering.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=10637&start=0 Thanks for this link, Steve. Wow - feel like Neo entering the KO2 matrix of codes and inner workings 8) Can't say I understand 100% of it but I do get the gist ! Is it these player attributes t...

Welcome Steven to the KO Forums - good to hear some 'fresh' comments and plus I'm no longer the newest newcomer! I don't know if these have already been suggested, but what would be good to have removed, is the faulty collision detection where you can run through players bodies if they are in...

I was going to say that its also the home of the best KO2 players (!) but I can only speak for myself so I know that's not true

But I did wonder - Brum as a possible venue for a future tournament ?
