Re: World Cup Voting

no one in particular champ, just 'people' who won't see any other way but their own because that's how they want to play Is it not rather obvious that this is exactly what the Bham bid is trying to do? 2015 - There was no vote on rules 2014 - There was no vote on rules 2014 - There was no vote on b...

Re: World Cup Voting

(as I see it) It is not correct that there is no opportunity to vote on the rules, the vote for location is also a vote on the rules at the Birmingham bid's insistence. If you want to vote against the proposed rule, vote for a bid other than Birmingham. Yes it's all been a bit fudged, it's outside ...

Re: World Cup Voting

Andy, unlike 2014 and 2015 - where no vote was held on the rules, Birmingham 2016 have actually come out and advised what rules they intended to use so people know full well what they would have. The equivalent of this would have been for Bham to win 2016....then 2 months before decide ourselves and...

Re: World Cup Voting

2014 - Copenhagen No vote before the tournament. Outcome: Autofix ON, Trapfix OFF - was this a 'host decision'? Please confirm. Define 'host decision'. Topic was never raised, hence no debate, nor vote. If it was raised there would've been a vote. Guess you can validate that as 'current settings co...

Re: World Cup 2016 - The Vote for Location

But you write such long sentences. And it's almost impossible for me to make you look stupid if I don't cut it up a bit. hmmmm, cheers for that then Jorn. Appreciate it. I could argue you accomplish the same feat in your posts without the need for breaking up the text 8) (that's me respondin...

Re: World Cup 2016 - The Vote for Location

you quote things out of context...so you quote one half of my sentence than not the other thus removing the context that my text was referring to. Then the bit you have quoted, you fit to whatever you want to get one over me with

Re: World Cup 2016 - The Vote for Location

This isnt "my way or the highway" - it's actually "lets all play the way we want in a fair way with no vote and thus no-one unhappy" Your point of view. Sorry, but I don't see it that way. We've always voted, and we've always accepted and respected the vote. Ffs, getting sick of...

Re: World Cup 2016 - The Vote for Location

"All you've been having is shit". Excuse me? Your bid has been praised up, down and sideways, how on earth can you reach such a sorry ass victimized conclusion? There is one thing with your bid not good imho, and that's what you now call pleasing everyone. Well. It isn't pleasing everyone...

Re: World Cup 2016 - The Vote for Location

This has all got rather messy...we originally posted about the APT Menu which people would have not wanted to - after all, why would you want to impose the the trap slides only for you etc. So I then posted a solution that we intended to do....but then it seems people didnt realise we intended to us...

Re: World Cup 2016 - The Vote for Location

Rob, all those things you have suggested we've actually done (for Birmingham) and I did explain that the Birmingham bid was not open to vote. If you're suggesting that the other guys should do it too...well if they want to host, should they need to be told? Or do you want to push them over the finis...

So is a Amsterdam Tournament happening then? Please advise on forum if so as I want to book flights/time off work! :) As for World Cup...what exactly is happening guys? 15th has come and gone but I'm unsure what's going on. We had a lot of things in place to start organising the world cup…and this i...

Re: Star Wars - "out of the box"

I have all these downloaded and cant wait to watch them. Done by a guy called Harmy on http://www.originaltrilogy.com. Spooky reading this though as when I was discussing Kick Off ‘out of the box, I gave Star Wars as an example of how many versions have been released over the years and how all these...
