I've added the 2019 World Cup results to my spreadsheet, alongside 2018, 2017, and 2015, although I've left the filename as http://www.ianjameskay.me.uk/KickOff2_WC2018.xlsx . I'll add 2016 in too at some point. About 2016 I should have all the data you need and produce it as excel or text. in case...
