What I meant was when i connect the amiga up nothing happens. This could either be the power supply or the computer itself. There is no humming sound from the power pack. Should it hum?

I also have an amiga that doesn't work, but I'm not sure if its the computer or the power pack that is faulty. Does a power pack make a humming sound if it is working?

Keep your fingers crossed for me as I am one win away from promotion to the premier league (with Brentford). I really fancy trying out my team in the top flight next season. Always seem to lose this sort of game though.

probably not my place to say as i dropped out of the newcastle gig due to various reasons but couldnt you have it that whatever settings you choose for your home gaames you have to stick with them all tournament. that way they wuldnt be any "spoiling" when you face strong competition?

Ive only just watched the match. I couldn't help but laugh when you scored. After dominating like that but not scoring it was so obvious what was going to happen. Its a bit like wathing the Bees in action in real life. If we keep playing like that though we should make the play offs.
