Re: UK Championships 2018 - Venue Booked - Sunday 3rd June 2018

A great day playing Kick Off with great people. Thanks John for organising and sorry about that last second goal to make it 6-5... even if your goal 5 was a KO Lob after I went 5-4! No sorry at all about beating Chris, the 'confidence player'... Lee has finally become the pure filthy evil lobb...

Re: UK Championships 2018 - Venue Booked - Sunday 3rd June 2018

Hi gents... looking forward to this... I will drive up on the day so what sort of time do we expect the games to start in earnest? I am not great at early starts... If you see me pre-midday that's good going. Hope this is OK?

Re: Announcement from the host and organizer of the 2017 World Cup

If you think this is bad, remember this? https://youtu.be/o5QlBHF6ib8 It's a real shame that otherwise perfect organisation is affected by this 'scandal'. Overall it seems the final was played with some Game of Shame settings/bugs left over from previous games. Now, it seems everyone is wise after t...

Re: 2018 World Cup Bid - England, Bournemouth

The near airports are Bournemouth and Southampton. However if no flight there, it will be for most people London Heathrow. From Heathrow (Terminal 5), there is a National Express bus 205. This takes 1hr50m to Bournemouth, cost £12. We do not think this is excessive... in the last 2 years I took: 60 ...

Re: 2018 World Cup Bid - England

Ok so following the fire in Nottingham Rail Station today (which Andy G was seen running away from) we have discussed this on the phone today and decided that we will be hosting in Bournemouth. Maybe when Nottingham has rebuilt the station and got back to the Premier League (so 2019) we can host her...
