Re: World Cup 2019 - Resluts
Looks like a great competition, sorry I couldn't make it this time. Congratulations to the Mighty Thor! I know the results are all listed at http://www.playkickoff.com/2019, I hope they are wending their way here in due course, all nicely tabulated so I can see at a glance who won the 23rd/24th play...

Re: Kick Off 2 World Rankings | February 2017
http://www.ianjameskay.me.uk/KickOff2_WC2018.xlsx has results for World Cups 2018, 2017, and 2015. I can have a go using the last four (or five) world cups only, if someone can point me at the results from 2016 (and 2014)? You're a regular Rumpelstiltskin Mr Kay, I just have to say your name and up...

Re: Kick Off 2 World Rankings | February 2017
While it was being updated and running, the rankings program and the results database were an absolutely fantastic resource (after tournaments, probably the best feature of the KOA), and I'm sure no-one would wish to deny any credit for Alkis for what he created. Perhaps - just as a temporary measur...

Re: 2018 WC - The results
Fewest goals conceded per game - this one was much closer: 1st Gianni 2.85 (57 goals, 20 games) 2nd Stephen D 2.89 (55 goals, 19 games) 3rd Lorenzo 2.94 (50 goals, 17 games) 4th Fabio 3 (66 goals, 22 games) One less conceded for Stephen would have given him the prize Shurely shome mishtake? I suppo...

Re: 2018 WC - The results
There should really be a little asterisk next to Sandro's wins over Mick C in the play-offs which were awarded results rather than actual KO2 games, due to Mick leaving early. If anyone is ever entering all these results into a database somewhere (AUA?), they should skip those two.

Re: World Cup Stories 2018
Lost every game on the first day. Hard to take but on the plus side, all the games were competitive (apart from Gianni who double-D'd me), I scored against everyone but Mark Vella, and the only games where I had any right to expect wins - against Mark and Cornelius - they played very well and deserv...

Re: 2018 WC - The Hardware Thread
It was only 7-0 wasn't it? And friendlies don't count anyway. I could have done with one of those KO2CV discs they gave out at the end, but I will probably mostly play on the laptop emulator, it's more convenient than setting up the Amiga. And now I can play online against real people, and Lee! I th...

Re: 2018 WC - The Hardware Thread
Well after dragging those two Amigas almost the whole length of the country, and hauling them around London for half a day, they have sat in a corner gathering dust the whole of the first tournament day! There were more than enough stations without them. The only silver lining is that I only have to...

Yes. At least Robert does.

Re: 2018 WC - The Hardware Thread
OK, it's going to be awkward but if it makes Robert happier I'll bring my own A500 along with Haydn's A500+. I won't bring any monitors, I don't have anything to connect them to Amigas with and don't even know if the one I could bring will be any use, plus it's heavy and fragile. But 2 Amigas are 2 ...

Re: 2018 WC - The Hardware Thread
If anyone is prepared to take over the burden of custodianship of Haydn's Amiga, I can bring it with me on the bus from Newcastle. It would be better in the hands of someone with transport who is not planning to imminently move abroad again.

Re: The Jappz Thread (2018 World Cup)
Maybe a ticker showing recent/key results from the non-live games? Maybe a separate cam stream just on the results/tables laptop?
