The game is completely cross platform, so PC, MAC, Android, iOS, Windows Phone and Blackberry shared the same server.
At the moment the online game is not available

There is no plan to release a PC version.
Unfortunately hackers compromised Active Soccer 2 server and I have lost basically everything

It hasn't the same learning curve depth of KOR but at least is enjoyable game I think. Especially the career mode.

You are forgetting PRO SOCCER 68 for Sharp X68000 that is the best Kick Off version by far

An Amiga game I developed in '94/'95. The game is a remake of Windjammers
Now I created a youtube gameplay video, the video shows only 2 arenas but the full game have 6 arenas with different obstacles.

I strongly suggest you PS4 version because it is the most advanced one at the moment and it supports online.
On PS4 it implements 4 buttons, shot, short pass, long pass, dash. Nothing complicated.
On PC it implements 2 buttons but again it needs a big update.
